I just spent the past hour getting it to 1 hp via false swipe, and then throwing timer balls (after the ten turn mark had passed), then when those ran out, I threw dusk balls. Those ran out, so I started using ultra balls.

Then it ran out of PP for all of its moves and killed itself.

Fuck you asshole. I even went on Bulbapedia and used my fucking calculator to see the percent chance of me catching you. 4.68% chance with the timer ball being at 4x effectiveness. 15 of those flopped. Okay, on to the dusk ball, which had a 3.51% chance. Nope. I didn’t even bother calculating the ultra ball’s chance. Ugh. (I assumed it had max hp of 150 for the purposes of these calculations given it was a level 42 legendary rock fighting type).

it’s about a guy who has many friends and an eventful life, but all he wants is to become a normal guy. Apparently his friends don’t like the idea, because the more normal he becomes, the more distant his friends become. Some friends even leave him completely. In the end, he reaches his goal. I want everybody to think about John while they listen to this song.

I want you to think about him going back to his planet for the 3 year wait.

And then he finally has all the time a 13 year old boy could ever need to think about how much he’s lost.

And he’d think about how his dad is gone, forever. And how even the girl he so wanted to meet he’s now lost. And how there’ll never be new Nicholas Cage movies or new movies period, because the Earth and everyone ever on it is now gone.

Jade would try to cheer him up, probably, but how do you cheer up someone who’s lost almost everything?

And so he goes to his denizen’s lair at last.

And finds his piano. And just plays.

And I want to think that Typheus would just let him play, because hey, what does it matter now?
